Donation receipt
The following applies in principle: Amounts up to 300 euros can also be claimed from the tax office without a donation receipt. To do this, you need a cash deposit receipt or a booking confirmation from a bank (e.g. in the form of a bank statement).
Would you like to receive a donation receipt?
if you are a company, we would need the name of your company, address as well as your tax number.
Or, if you are a private person, your name, your address and your N.I.E./DNI number or your passport number.
Donation receipts can always be requested by January of the following year.

Start a fundraising campaign via facebook and collect donations for HOPE Mallorca together with your friends. Facebook offers donation campaigns free of charge, i.e. HOPE Mallorca receives 100% of the donations.

For companies
Many companies donate part of their turnover to HOPE Mallorca for a certain period of time or within a certain campaign. Sponsorships are also possible. Within sponsorships, companies support certain HOPE Mallorca distribution stations with monthly financial contributions over a long-term period.

Donations in kind
HOPE Mallorca is still dependent on generous food donations. These currently come from many private donors.

We are often asked what is needed. We particularly like to receive these products: water, sugar, oil, flour, milk, rice, pulses, fruit, tuna, tomato sauce, biscuits, eggs, toothpaste, hygiene products, nappies and baby food.
The best time to drop off groceries is Monday to Friday from 8.00 – 16.00 at our office / warehouse in Carrer Sebastiana Clar 3 in Santanyí. If you are unable to come at these times or would like us to collect the bags from you, please contact us via info@hope-mallorca.org.

We also receive generous donations in kind from local businesses, such as groceries, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, and more.

The customers / guests of our partners are also encouraged by signs in the checkout area to buy, for example, a second loaf of bread for the needy and to leave it in the shop.
Once a day, the donations in kind are collected from the shops and taken to the HOPE Mallorca station in Santanyí.
